About an order
Payment, delivery, backup codes, changes and refunds are handled by support on the checkout: live chat, Discord or e-mail, at any hour. Have your order number ready; you find it on the confirmation page and in the confirmation e-mail.
We can’t see or change orders, so writing to us first only adds a step.
