Ordering
Do I need an account to order?
You need one on the checkout, because coin orders ask for your EA details after payment. A new e-mail gets an account automatically, with the login sent to that address; if the address is already registered there, log in before ordering, so the order shows in your list.
Can I change the platform or amount after paying?
Not by yourself. Write to support in the order chat with your order number before delivery starts, and they will tell you what can still be changed. If the order has to be cancelled instead, the shop’s refund rules apply.
What happens if I order less than the minimum?
The form will not send it and shows a short note instead. Right now the floor is 100,000 coins on all three platforms. The minimum is set by the checkout, not by us, and the form picks up any change automatically, so what it accepts is always what the payment page accepts.

Paying
Which payment methods can I use?
A debit or credit card on a secure payment page, USDT or USDC to the address shown on the payment page, or PayPal if you ask support for a payment request before paying. Every method has its own service fee, listed beside it at the payment step and paid on top of the coins.
Why might my statement differ from the pound figure here?
Because the checkout charges euros. We convert at the day’s rate, 0.835 per euro on 3 November 2026, but your bank uses its own rate and may add a fee on foreign-currency payments, so your statement can show slightly more or less.
I paid but there is no confirmation. What now?
Look in spam for the confirmation and check that you are logged in with the same address you gave when paying. If the money has gone and there is still no order, give support your checkout e-mail, the sum and roughly when you paid, and they will trace it.

Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Comfort Trade takes within 2 hours once your EA details are in the order. Your order list on the payment site shows the progress: the status changes from New Order to In progress when a seller starts, and to Completed when the coins are in your club.
I play on Steam. Which platform do I choose?
Choose PC. The game logs in through the EA app whether you bought it there, on Steam or on the Epic Games Store, so there is one PC club per EA account. The e-mail you send is the one of that EA account.

EA’s rules and your account
Is buying coins allowed by EA?
No. EA’s User Agreement says not to take part in buying or selling in-game currency, and EA’s FC rules name comfort trades and mule accounts as harmful to the game economy. We say this plainly so you can decide for yourself before you pay.
What can EA do if it notices?
The penalties EA names include taking the coins away, cutting off the Transfer Market in the game and in the apps, deleting the club, and bans that range from online play to every EA game. It says such action can be taken even the first time.
Is it legal in the UK to buy coins?
No UK statute we know of makes it a crime to buy coins for your own club. The issue is EA’s contract with you, not criminal law. This is general information, not legal advice; if you need certainty for your situation, ask a solicitor.
How do I keep my account as safe as possible?
Type your login e-mail and backup codes into the checkout’s order form and nowhere else, including private chats. Ignore free-coin offers and anyone asking you to pass coins between accounts. Once the coins are in, you can replace the codes you sent with a fresh set in your EA account’s security options.

Refunds
When can I get a refund?
Within 21 days of payment. In full if the order can’t be delivered; for the undelivered part if delivery stopped halfway or was short; minus 10% if you cancel because you changed your mind or your account doesn’t meet the requirements. No refund once the order was delivered as described.
How do I ask for one?
Contact the shop’s support by live chat, Discord or e-mail with your order number, the e-mail used, the order date, the payment method and the reason. The money goes back to the same card or wallet. Talk to support before opening a chargeback; most cases are solved faster that way.
